A practical application and study course

What is this?
Eldership is not a status you earn through age, but age doesn’t guarantee this state of being. It is a way of being grounded, coherent and genuinely present for others. This 6-month online course explores what it means to become an elder in modern Western society and what we lose, individually and as a society when that role goes unfilled.
This is not about:
- becoming wise
- giving advice
- seeking validation
This is about:
- becoming internally coherent
- reflecting on our life so far
- discovering what we feel we have lost
- exploring what our society expects from its elders today
