You are in experienced hands. I have coached 100s of people over 1000s of hours for the past 16 years.

I took my coach training in 2009 and I’ve run my own coaching business since then, coaching 1:1, leading group coaching programs, workshops and retreats.

Whilst working together we hold a deep level of enquiry into what makes you tick.

We will travel through the onion layers of meaning that we each give to our experiences, and in doing so discover how to make your chosen changes.

We will pick up on exactly what you say, and how you say it. We explore which aspects of your life are linked together. We look at any themes that show up, that you may not have seen before. I am obsessed with language and how we communicate, and how we can have all learn to have clear, connecting and powerful conversations.

You will learn the tools that I have absorbed and developed since 2001, when I first entered this world of coaching and human development. With these tools and techniques we make things possible.

You will harness your voice, your freedom and your power. You will befriend your self-talk, get clarity, make powerful decisions, take action, communicate effectively, and find peace of mind.

Some things about me:

I love wild swimming, but I’m a crap swimmer!

I’m a black belt in Chinese kickboxing.

I love food, and used to run seasonal supper clubs. 

I can be found pottering on my allotment, next to my home, usually with a grubby child in tow.

It took four years to conceive our first child and then we had a second ‘surprise’ child, nine years later!

I have spent the last 24 years immersing myself in tools and techniques, experiences and teachings of how to feel free in our minds and our actions. I’d love to share those tools with you.
