Your hosts
This retreat is held by four people who care deeply about creating spaces and experiences that are nourishing, inspiring and restorative.
We are two couples- Alan & Beth, Kerry & Laurence.

- Alan Creedon – mindfulness, nature connection and practical philosophy.
- Beth Creedon – coaching and presence practice.
- Kerry Tottingham – craft, radical creativity and coaching.
- Laurence Tottingham – Michelin starred chef, Reiki Master and the magic of sourdough.
Together, we have created The Gathering.
Alan will take you on a walk and a nature connection inner adventure. To connect more deeply with the natural world we must first start with a different intention. We will focus on awareness, breath, story and senses, to bring you into a present state with yourself and your surroundings.
Beth will be supporting your exploration throughout the weekend and on Sunday morning we will have space together to gather the ‘wheat from the chaff’ before you return to consensus reality.
Kerry will work with you to gather and weave together threads, wool, tactile found materials and words as part of the opening workshop, creating your own sensory stories. Together these meaning-filled artworks will form an exhibition of intentions, setting the scene to begin a weekend of self exploration.
With Laurence you will be doing a sourdough workshop. He will show you how to make the dough from scratch, you will help to make flavoured crackers with the sourdough discard, these will be used for our dinner to go with some dips. You will make a starter to take home with a recipe card so you can have a go at home making your own sourdough. Later in the day we will bake the dough in a domestic oven and break the bread together at dinner.

Beth Creedon has been coaching profesionally for nearly 20 years. She loves to dive deep with individuals 1:1 and get into the deeper workings of our minds. You’ll get very little small talk with Beth. But, you will get fun, humour and a profoundly connecting conversation, every time. She is a transformational coach and focusses on being rather than just doing.
Beth coaches 1:1, runs group courses online and facilitates workshops and retreats in person.

Alan Creedon’s connection to the outdoors stems from his upbringing in Dingle, Ireland. He has spent many years working outdoors; gardening, landscaping, commercial food growing. He has a passion for wellness and ways to find it. One of the simplest ways is to go outside and breathe with awareness. This is the foundation for the compassionate approach he teaches, which he is always learning from. He runs courses, retreats, facilitates workplace change and works one-to-one.
Together, Alan & Beth run Us. a weekly gathering of open folk. Every Friday, 12-1pm on Zoom we meet and have grounded and expansive discussions about practical philosophy.
