-Making sense of this middle (aged) bit-
A practical application and study course
What is this?
During middle age our bodies and brains feel different. The old tactics doesn’t work the same way anymore.
Our energy changes, our moods change and our priorities change. Sometimes our relationships, career, identity and sense of capability shift all at once. It’s a lot.
You may find yourself wondering, ‘What the hell is going on?’ and asking yourself…
- Why do I feel less resilient?
- Why can’t I still just push on through?
- Why am I so full of rage?
- Why does life feel so much harder?
This course explores these questions and how we can respond to our changing needs in a healthy and actually inspiring way!
This course is not about holding on to your youth, it is about understanding the psychological, emotional and practical reality of middle age and learning how to meet it compassionately, rather than fearfully.
There are lots of coaching tools that can really help with this process.

This is not:
- anti-ageing.
- self-improvement.
- pretending everything is fine.
This is about:
- understanding what middle age is actually asking of you.
- adapting wisely to physical and emotional changes.
- reducing internal pressure and exhaustion.
- finding a guilt free pace that suits you now.
