Creating Lasting Change in Your Life
Creating lasting change in life is a profound journey, one that requires vision, commitment, and the ability to navigate both inner and outer transformations. While inspiration often serves as the initial spark, sustaining change requires intentionality, strategy, and a deep understanding of the many factors that influence growth. Here, we explore the key aspects to consider when planning for inspiring and maintaining lasting change in your life.
We create a culture of no competition or comparing in these groups.
We are all individuals and we each put our blinkers on, and pull together to achieve what we set out to achieve.

The live Zoom sessions are every Tuesday 8-9pm (GMT) for 6 weeks. All the calls are recorded.

The course material is emailed out to you on Monday, every week at 6am.
We then discuss the exercises and you can ask me anything about them on the live calls.

1. Week One – Defining what you want
The foundation of lasting change begins with clarity. Without a clear vision, it’s easy to lose momentum or become distracted by competing priorities. Ask yourself:
- What specifically do I want to change or achieve?
- Why does this matter to me?
- How will this change align with my values and aspirations?
Clarity allows you to create a powerful “why” behind your efforts, which becomes a compass to guide you through inevitable challenges. Visualisation exercises, planning, support and coaching will help refine your vision.
2. Week Two – Identifying limiting beliefs & patterns
Limiting beliefs often lurk beneath the surface, subtly sabotaging progress. These beliefs might sound like, “I’m not good enough,” or “Change is too hard.” Identifying and addressing these internal barriers is crucial.
- Awareness: Recognise recurring thought patterns or emotional responses that hold you back.
- Reframe: Challenge these thoughts with empowering alternatives that you actually believe.
- Tools: That even welcome resistance and allow you to dance beyond the blocks.
3. Week Three – Building emotional resilience (Alan)
Change often stirs discomfort. Whether it’s fear of the unknown or resistance to leaving your comfort zone, emotional resilience is key to navigating these challenges.
This week Alan,Creedon will be joining us to lead us through his RRT (Rapid Resolution Therapy) techniques to release tension and grow a deeper resilience.

4. Week Four – Powerful thinking
When we hold on to things too tightly we miss out on opportunities. How to avoid disappointments and maintain momentum.
- See the biggest picture possible: Keep your focus at a wide-range, whilst taking small steps
- Super-power your senses: Explore the science of our nervous and cerebral systems to support our motivation.
- Control what you can: Ha ha…be honest with yourself about what you can’t control! (anything outside of you!)
- STEAR model: Powerful self-coaching tool to shift repeating patterns
5. Week Five – Clear communication with ourselves & others
Embracing who we are and how to create a healthy relationship with ourselves and others. Caring for ourselves when it’s hard. Building our resilience. Moving beyond old reactionary patterns.

- Caring for ourselves when it’s hard: kindness is key
- Building our resilience: what erodes resilience & how to build your inner strength
- Moving beyond old reactionary patterns: how to move beyond survival behaviours
6. Week Six – Accessing our inner wisdom & a celebration
The final deep dive into our inner wisdom, to celebrate our journey.
How to create a sustainable plan for going forwards.
