What is it like being part of The Sphere?
It’s a breathe of fresh air. A place of honesty, integrity and kindness.
We are an online monthly womens’ mastermind, but not as you might expect.
We challenge and disrupt our thinking so that we experience a shift in our perspective each time.
Each person shares in a check-in each session and then we dive into the topic of the month. Some of the topics we have had so far have ranged from Authenticity to Edges, Playing by the Rules or not… to Freedom.
If you’re looking for a regular monthly injection of inspiration, love, support, encouragement and motivation, you’ve come to the right place.
Join us for the November session on Zoom.
– Wed 13th November, 8-9.30pm (GMT) – (2nd Wed of every month)
I absolutely adore running coaching groups, because the shared space is so incredibly rich and nourishing. Individuals feel heard and are able to clarify their thoughts in the space held by everyone.
We explore a different topic each month.
Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)
1. Who is The Sphere for?
This circle is designed for women who often hold space for others, whether in personal, professional, or caregiving roles. If you’re someone who finds themselves caring for or supporting others and you want a space to nurture your own emotional, mental, and spiritual growth, this circle is for you.
We welcome women from diverse backgrounds, especially those well-versed in personal development, self-coaching, and navigating neurodiversity. It’s a space where you can connect deeply with others who respect your unique challenges and experiences.
2. What happens during a typical session?
Each session is centred around connection, reflection, and support. We begin with a grounding practice, such as meditation or breathwork, to help everyone arrive fully present. From there, we might explore a particular theme.
Participants are invited to share during their check ins. We emphasise a safe and non-judgmental environment where you can listen deeply and share what feels right for you.
3. How is this space different from other women’s circles or self-development groups?
This space is uniquely designed for women who are already on a personal development path and often provide emotional support to others. Here, the focus is on you, rather than the people you care for. It’s a place to recharge, be heard, and reflect without needing to fix anything for anyone else.
Additionally, our group embraces neurodiversity, which means we recognise and honour different ways of thinking, feeling, and processing the world. This is a space where you can show up authentically as yourself, whatever that looks like.
4. Is this a therapeutic or coaching circle?
While the circle is a space for deep emotional connection and reflection, it is not therapy or formal coaching. However, many participants find it therapeutic because of the supportive, open environment. The aim is to foster self-awareness, inner peace, and clarity by being in community with like-minded women. We explore topics deeply and aim to shine new light on subjects and stimulate refreshing perspectives.
5. What if I don’t feel comfortable sharing?
There is absolutely no pressure to share anything you’re not comfortable with, but we do encourage each and every person to share something each session.
6. How can I balance showing up for this circle when I feel overwhelmed by responsibilities?
One of the biggest gifts you can give yourself is the space to simply be. While we know that your responsibilities can feel heavy, this circle is a dedicated time for you to refuel, reflect, and remember your own needs. It’s a space where you can show up exactly as you are, even if you feel drained. By giving yourself this time, you’re also modeling self-care and boundary-setting for others in your life.
7. Is there a particular structure or flow to the sessions?
Yes, while we value organic conversation and flow, each session typically follows a structure:
Welcome and Grounding: A short meditation or mindfulness exercise to centre the group.
Check In: Space for participants to briefly share.
Theme or Topic Exploration: We’ll dive into a central theme.
Reflection and Sharing: Open time for voluntary sharing and conversation, sometimes we’ll go into breakout rooms to do this.
Check Out: We’ll wrap up with a closing reflection or practice to help transition back to everyday life.
8. How does the group handle neurodiversity?
We embrace and celebrate neurodiversity, which means we welcome women with a variety of cognitive, emotional, and sensory processing experiences. Whether you’re neurotypical or neurodivergent, this space is designed to be inclusive and adaptable. We understand that everyone’s needs and communication styles vary, and we strive to create a space that honors that diversity.
If you need specific accommodations, such as time for processing before responding or a quieter breakout space, we are here to support those needs.
9. Is this circle confidential?
Yes. We ask all participants to respect the privacy and confidentiality of others in the circle. This is a space for open, vulnerable sharing, and it’s important that what is said in the circle stays in the circle.
10. How can I get the most out of the circle?
The best way to benefit from this circle is by showing up authentically and allowing yourself to receive the care and attention you often give to others. Trust the process, give yourself grace, and know that this is a space just for you. By showing up authentically you are contributing positively to the collective energy of the group.
11. Can I join mid-session or skip sessions if I’m unable to attend?
Yes, you are welcome to join the circle even if you miss the start of a session. It is possible to skip the odd session, but you must contact Beth before the session. However, for continuity and connection, we encourage you to attend regularly, as the group benefits from shared presence and growing trust over time.
12. Do I need to prepare or bring anything to the session?
Yes, you will receive a prep sheet the week before each Zoom call. The sheet is an short exercise to complete to prepare you for that month’s topic.
It is essential to be in a quiet space for the call, where you won’t be interrupted. Headphones are useful too, for privacy. Please bring a journal or something to write with if you’d like to reflect during or after the session. There is a monthly call reflection sheet that you can use for this.
13. How do I register, and is there a cost?
You can register here. The cost structure is outlined on the registration page. We offer payment plans to ensure this space is accessible.
