1. What is the Mindcraft course?
Mindcraft is a deeply transformative, mindset-focused course designed to help you to nail your project. Mindcraft will unlock your potential, help you take inspired action. Through practical tools, self-coaching techniques, and a supportive group environment, you’ll gain clarity, improve your communication, and embrace every part of your journey toward authentic self-expression and nailing your project along the way.
2. When does the course start and what are the timings?
The course begins with an orientation Zoom call on Tuesday, 10th December 2024, from 8-9:30 PM (GMT). The main sessions start on Tuesday, 7th January 2025, and will run every Tuesday evening until 18th March 2025. There is a one-week break on 18th February for half term.
3. What can I expect from each week of the course?
Each week builds on the last, with a focus on different aspects of how to get your teeth into a project. We address your mindset, set a clear intention, work on your own personal growth and resilience too. This is what we do each week:
- Week 1: Laying the foundation. Identify where you are and where you want to be.
- Week 2: Understanding self-sabotage and how to take sustained action.
- Week 3: Mastering communication and feedback.
- Week 4: Building resilience and self-compassion.
- Week 5: Exploring authenticity, honesty, and reward.
- Week 6: Sustaining results, self-value and inner wisdom.
- Week 7: Rewriting limiting beliefs.
- Week 8: Motivation and energy management.
- Week 9: Addressing judgment, yours and others.
- Week 10: Acknowledging the dark and light in all of us.
- Week 11: Reflecting and planning for ongoing success, on your terms.
The thread of your own project runs throughout the whole of this course.
You will set yourself a Weekly Planner each week and you will set your own actions, at your pace.
4. What materials and resources are included?
You will receive a physical work/playbook by post, packed with practical exercises and written tools. Weekly emails with audio and video content will support your progress, and you’ll join live group Zoom calls for interactive discussions and learning. There’s also a 1:1 coaching session included for personalised support.
5. What is the structure of the weekly Zoom calls?
The Zoom calls take place every Tuesday from 8-9:30 PM (GMT). These are group calls where you’ll discuss the material, share insights, and receive live coaching in a supportive environment. One week (18th February) will be Zoom-free for half-term.
6. Who is the course for?

Whether you’re looking to improve communication, take charge of your career, or find greater self-confidence, reduce your stress or anxiety, Mindcraft provides the tools and support you need.
7. What if I’m new to coaching or personal development?
The course is accessible for both beginners and those with experience in personal development. The content is practical and builds progressively, allowing you to apply the techniques to your life immediately, regardless of your starting point.
8. How much time do I need to commit?
You will need to commit to the weekly 90-minute Zoom calls and time for reflection and exercises from the workbook. Depending on your personal pace, you may spend 2-3 additional hours per week engaging with the materials and applying the tools in your daily life.
9. What is included in the one-to-one coaching session?
As part of the course, you will have a 90-minute, 1:1 coaching session with me. This session is tailored to your unique journey and will help you deepen insights, work through challenges, and embed the learnings from the course into your daily life.
10. What’s the cost of the course, and are payment plans available?
The full course price is £1260, which includes all materials, weekly group calls, and the individual coaching session. Yes, payment can be made in instalments, making it accessible for a range of financial situations. Get in touch with me.
11. What happens after I finish the course?
Upon completing Mindcraft, you will have developed a personalised plan to sustain your own personal growth and mindset, and continue to develop your project. You’ll have the tools to continue self-coaching and navigating life’s challenges with greater ease, authenticity, and purpose.
