Each retreat I run we have a variety of 3 ingredients salads.

We create seasonal organically produced menus.

Finely slice 1 medium leek

Thinly slice one crunchy apple

One drained tin of chick peas

Combine with a dressing made with

1 tsp tahini

Juice of half a lemon

Olive oil

Splash of maple syrup (optional)

 

Keep it simple.
