1 frozen banana
1 handful frozen blueberries
1 handful oats
1 heaped tsp almond butter
5 ice cubes
5 dates (soften in hot water for 5 mins, before draining and adding)
250ml oat milk/ and or water
Blend til smooth
To decorate – place the toppings on gently so they stay on the surface
1/4 apple sliced
sprinkle of pumpkin seeds, almond slices, walnuts
handful of frozen blueberries
handful of dried sour cherries
