Following on from running this in Hebden Bridge in February, by popular demand, we are now bringing this workshop to Manchester.
This is day long immersive experience run by myself, Beth Creedon & my dear friend, Miranda Bailey.
Together we will be sharing our presence practices using breathwork, meditation; gentle and profound bodywork, and to compliment powerful perspective shifting coaching tools and techniques.
Our aim is for you to take a way a deep sense of being, which you will be able to readily access, through repeatable practices.
This workshop will serve to provide you with the time and space to experience a reset. Back to a calm sense of being.
To achieve change we must always start with how we are being. We begin with being.
We spend so much time looking for resolution in our thoughts. Our minds can be such noisy and busy places. Here we take a whole day to be with our thoughts, feel into our ‘felt sense’ and make friends with ourselves again.
Find freedom in your mind.
Join us, on this day in late winter/early spring dedicated to releasing old thoughts and welcoming fresh perspectives.
This is a small group, with plenty of time for sharing and hearing each other.
We shall be breaking for lunch: vegan soup will be provided, as will teas and snacks.
This workshop is for healthy, well individuals to develop and hone practices that connect you to the inspired solace; the practical, comforting, home space we all have inside ourselves.
