Each session is approx 1hr 30 mins
The coaching journey from session 1 to session 6 can take anything from 3-6 months.
You will have developed your own tool kit to help you in situations to achieve the very best out of it.
What do I have to offer?
In 2001 I had a life changing experience- I chose to be coached.
The process of looking at my life, gaining objective feedback from a coach and the extraordinary & incredible possibilities that I then created for myself allowed me to play BIG. I wasn’t after material success or power-just a sense of achievement from being the person I knew I could be – I just stopped playing SAFE.
I had spent my life up until that point feeling that life just happened to me.
Now I think about how I want my life to look & feel, then I go about creating my life-simple as that!
As I have been coached, I know exactly what it takes. It is different for everyone, it will be emotional, you will learn alot about yourself. Through being coached & you choosing to plan, reflect & take action you will change, you won’t be the same at the end of the process.
